My name is Randall Byham. I was referred to James Wilson by a real estate agent in Pennsylvania. The home we are marketing is in Centerville, Ohio. My first impression of James was that of trust, I have been in business since 1982 and over the years have learned a lot about people. From the very beginning, James displayed a sincere willingness to help. James has been nothing but professional in his work on my behalf. The house is selling process is almost over. We are just waiting on a closing date. The process took about a year, only because of a correction needed by F.E.M.A. with regards to the flood zone. The house was almost sold twice, but ended with the banks not approving because the prospective buyers could not afford the required flood insurance. Jamie was patient while we communicated with F.E.M.A. to get this corrected. Now there is no flood insurance required. I would highly recommend James..
